      During 2018-2021 AETMA Lab received a number of National and International Awards on AR/VR related projects such as ARTutor and Virtual School, one UNESCO Nomination and 2 Best Paper Awards.
    • In November 2018, the AETMA Research Laboratory, which he directs, received UNESCO GREECE Nomination, for the ARTutor augmented reality platform he developed,
    • In May 2019, the GOLDEN PRICE was awarded in the Education Leaders Awards 2019 competition, category "Digital Higher Education"
